Paul Brennan Solicitor is a sole practice based at the Moy Valley Enterprise Centre on Bunree Road, Ballina, Co. Mayo. Paul has been working in the legal profession since 1996 — bringing over thirty years of experience to every client matter he handles.
Paul's practice covers the full range of legal matters that affect everyday life — from buying or selling a home and putting a Will in place, to pursuing a personal injury claim or resolving an employment dispute. He advises employees and employers, private clients, and local businesses with the same thorough, measured approach he has applied throughout his career.
Paul holds a B.Comm, an LLB, and an LLM, and has invested continuously in his professional development throughout his career. He has held senior appointments including as a Chairperson of Mental Health Tribunals and as a member of the Irish Financial Services Appeals Tribunal (IFSAT), appointed by the President of Ireland. He has also served as a Serious Complaints Investigator for the Irish Prison Service on a contract basis.
